FROM TINY PREY TO APEX PREDATOR

When you first join Roams.io, the upgrade menu presents multiple animals to choose from, determining your starting abilities and habitat suitability. As a low-tier animal, your main goal is to consume food sources outlined in lime-green, gain XP, and carefully avoid predators marked in red. Staying hydrated is essential, requiring visits to water or moisture-rich foods while navigating complex biomes.

As XP accumulates, you level up, selecting stronger animals to survive longer and hunt effectively. The arena features six biomes—Land, Ocean, Jungle, Volcano, Arctic, and Arctic Ocean—each with unique challenges and resources. Predators chase you while smaller prey offer XP opportunities, encouraging strategic movement, ambushing, and quick decision-making. Survival depends on balancing food intake, water, and tactical evolution, culminating in dominating the biome as a top-tier creature.

How to Become the King

• Tail-biting smaller predators provides rapid XP, but approach carefully to avoid being eaten by stronger animals.

• Hide in holes or bushes to recover, boost, and avoid predators when the area is too dangerous.
• Switch biomes strategically to access abundant resources and avoid overcrowded areas dominated by higher-tier predators.
