Blockader brings you to the moon with a colorful battlefield filled with space rodents, cheesy critters, and relentless enemy waves. This 2D roguelite arena shooter gives each encounter a playful identity, while automated weapons keep the action moving. Choose your favorite rodent and launch the next lunar assault!

GAMEPLAY: FROM CORE SELECTION TO LUNAR SURVIVAL

Blockader pins your character to a ring-shaped shooting battlefield while enemy hordes attack from all directions. Defeat enough enemies to fill the wave meter, then choose 1 of several random upgrade cards before the next, harder wave begins. Each choice can reshape your build through extra bullets, chain lightning, poison, dragon allies, arrows, and other powerful effects. Later waves bring greater danger, forcing you to balance movement, survival, and effective upgrade combinations.

• WASD: Move around the battlefield.
• 1–4: Choose an upgrade card.
• Space: Reroll the available card offer.
• Tab: Toggle the stats panel.
• Esc: Pause the game.

Build Firepower During the Run

In Blockader, random upgrade cards let you create a different build during every attempt. Over 100 cards across four rarities can add extra bullets, chain lightning, poison, dragon allies, and other powerful effects. Combining the right upgrades can turn a simple weapon into a much stronger tool against growing enemy waves.

Turn Cheese into Permanent Power

Stars earned during runs unlock permanent Gear upgrades across Offense, Defense, and Utility. Each character in Blockader also has a Skill Tree that provides further progression between attempts. This meta progression gives future runs stronger foundations while encouraging you to experiment with the game's six playable characters.
