The waiting room in Brainrot Hospital looks ordinary until one Italian Brainrot walks through the door with something strangely wrong. You need to inspect each visitor, search for distorted features, hidden glitches, and details that feel out of place. Normal patients can receive treatment, while suspicious ones need rejection before their scary anomaly causes trouble. The shift grows more unsettling as familiar rooms change around you and new patients test your judgment. Each correct decision keeps the hospital running and moves you closer to surviving the night.
